1. Payment
Payment options are per today PayPal only, for international clients. For locals in Norway Vipps is also an option. I can also do payment plans, no less than $100 pr payment. Project will not start until full payment is obtained. Feel free to ask if there is anything you’d like to know.
2. Refunds
Refunds can be made up until approval of the materials and design is completed. Time is money, and i cannot get the time spent on a project back. I spend more time on projects than people might think, and i make everything from scratch so that each costume is according to your measurements and character. Refunds can be made before project materials is ordered! Started projects are non- refundable. This goes for all commissions. This is non-negotiable and largely due to material cost regulations by the market and taxes/import fees. If there is a very good reason for a cancellation, i will work with you to find a solution to the issue at hand.
3. Refund/Shipping
If there is a problem with your suit, not caused by wear and tear and normal use, i will try to figure out a way to help you. Please understand that problems caused in the shipping process due to bad handling (not caused by me) are to be addressed to the shipping company for refund of value. Once the package is shipped from my doorstep, the box is in their hands. I am always helpful when taking care of lost boxes in the mail and will provide any information on my behalf if we can to try to track down the problem. I always recommend having the box insured. This is more expensive, but highly recommended.
4. Haggling
Please refrain from haggling on the price listed. A base price is stipulated to be the lowest starting price for a commission tier. If you do request any work below this price, your project will not be accepted.
5. Project updates
If you’re waiting in line, do not continuously send messages and or mail for update pictures or progress info. I´ll let you know when your time comes and when you move forward a spot and/or when we begin your project. Depending on our current queue, you might be waiting for a while. I will send progress pictures on different stages in the project and try my best to keep you in the loop.
6. Changes
If you have approved the design and materials, changes in color and design might be tricky. Message me and I will see what I can do. Sometimes I might be able to help, other times I won’t. That will come down to each incident.
7. Deadlines
Please respect my working hours, as this is not my only job. I don’t do defined deadlines. If you want your commission at a specific time, I will try to complete it within a timely manner. I can’t promise that I will manage, but I will try my best.
8. Queue and Priority-fee
You can’t get ahead in the queue unless you pay a priority fee. There might be others in the queue in front of you. And they deserve my time just as much as you do. This priority fee is 50% of the final total price. This gives you the priority to be the first one in line.
9. Pre-commission info
I will work with what information you give me. Make sure to give an accurate reference sheet and proper information first time around. If the commission ends up different than you wanted because your reference sheet is inaccurate or in a different color or shape, or you changed your mind mid-way you're not getting a refund. I can adjust some designs not predetermined in the process for a fee. Please let me know ASAP. Otherwise, i will need to take more steps to fix the problem. If you change your mind after this step, additional fees will be expected.
10. Sizing/Mesurements
I will need different types of sizes and or mesurements from what you order. I will ask for sizes/mesurements before I start my work.
11. Age
If you are not 18 or older, I will not take your commission unless you have permission from your parent/guardian. This will need to be verified before a commission is accepted.
12. Licensed characters
I do not make licensed characters on commission. If you commission me and I find out later in the process that you are not the owner, or it’s a licensed character I will stop my work with no refund.
13. Privacy
If you commission me, your private information such as your address and name will not be stored longer than necessary or sold to 3rd parties in any way. Your info will only be used to complete and ship your fursuit.
14. Agreement
By paying your first deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
